Exhibitor applications are now being accepted. We accept exhibitors on a first come, first served basis. The first complete applications submitted will be accepted (must include uploaded insurance with correct additionally insured endorsement, correctly completed temporary food facility application and resale certificate when applicable). Space is limited in categories like: shaved ice, lemonade, tacos, kettle corn and more. If you apply and we have reached our maximum capacity in your category, we will refund your exhibitor fees.
FOOD VENDORS are required to serve something peachy on their menu. We are full in the Peach Lemonade & Tea category, so if you applied after 3/18 you will not be allowed to sell these items as part of your peachy menu.
Liability Insurance is required by the City of Marysville for the Marysville Peach Festival. Vendors must carry liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and issue a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE naming the Marysville Peach Festival, the City of Marysville, their officers, agents and employees and Sapphire Group LLC as additionally insured. Without a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE and an ENDORSEMENT form naming the Marysville Peach Festival, the City of Marysville, their officers, agents and employees and Sapphire Group LLC as additionally insured issued by your insurance company, you will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be made in such cases. Upload insurance certificate with endorsement to ensure a completed application or email CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE and ENDORSEMENT form with this application to msvlpeachfest@gmail.com. Your application will not be considered complete until the correct insurance certificate is submitted.
