Requirements:
Power, if you need it, get creative. In an effort to cut out the noise of
generators clicking away in the background we have new power rules. We encourage
you to use or rent a silent generator, go with battery operated lights (you can
find them online or in stores), or gas lamps.
Food vendors: No need to register with the County Environmental Health Department, their form is included in the packet, just send it to us. Of course if you have questions regarding county health requirements for your booth than contact them directly at: (530) 749-5450.
